QuickStrip Terms of Service Effective date: October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use www.quickstrip.info or buy a QuickStrip from Hytech Marketing LLC ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. QuickStrip is sold by Hytech Marketing LLC, a veteran-owned small business at 564 Kelley Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528. Email: hytechmarketingllc@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices. The QuickStrip self-adjusting wire stripper is sold at 1 for $25, 2 for $45, or 3 for $60. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include shipping or any sales tax shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. We try to describe the product and show photos accurately. If we make a mistake on price or availability, we'll contact you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and payment. Online orders are paid at checkout through Squarespace using a credit/debit card or PayPal. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, there's an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Shipping and returns. Shipping, delivery, and our 30-day money-back guarantee are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

5. Using QuickStrip safely. QuickStrip is a hand tool for stripping insulation from 10–26 gauge stranded wire. Never use it on live or energized wires. Always disconnect power first. Use it only as intended, follow good safety practices, and wear eye protection when appropriate. We aren't responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use on live circuits.

6. Warranty. If your QuickStrip has a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, email us and we'll replace it. Beyond that and our 30-day money-back guarantee, QuickStrip is provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost time or lost profits. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Website content. The text, photos, videos, and logos on this site belong to Hytech Marketing LLC. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual customers' experiences.

9. Links to other sites. Our site links to other websites, including product links on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We aren't responsible for other sites' content, products, or policies.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If we ever have a disagreement, please email us first. We'll do our best to make it right.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
